Once a month an elegant RSVP only evening is hosted at Tony’s Coffee Shack in Bailey, Colorado. This Pop Up Restaurant offers a 7 course intimate meal with a different theme each month. We have hosted a Vincent Price themed October Menu, a Cuban Christmas, and an ‘80s Retro Rom-Com Valentine’s Dinner. Our team transforms the humble Tony’s Coffee Shack into a glammed up dining space. Each month only 10 seats are available each night.
